Somacultural Liberation 
Somacultural liberation is a somatic, intellectual, emotional, and existential modality. The somaticinvites inquiry into proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness, recognizing the way our body moves through spaces externally and internally and how our body is shaped by our cultural experiences. The intellectual ponders how we think about culture and the stories we have attached to our collective and personal lives. The emotional welcomes how we feel about our cultural experiences and the narratives that drive our human experience. Finally, the existential, what I also call the spiritual, evokes a sense of wonder wherein we contemplate the questions that remain…Somacultural liberation is one path to bring us closer, return us to who we truly are: bold, beautiful, bright, balanced creatures of love.
